What Anchor does

One assistant for focus, tasks, notes and recovery.

Anchor is not another timer. It remembers what you are trying to do, connects your tabs to that work, and nudges you at the moments that usually break momentum.

🎯

Start work once

Write your main task and work context once. Every tab, task, note and coaching message inherits that context until you stop.

📝

Sticky notes on any page

Create page-specific or global notes that remember the URL, group, task and color. Hide them, restore them, or review them later.

Task cards with links

Save where you stopped, what you need to do next, and which client/project it belongs to. Move tasks through your work board.

🛡

Distraction interruption

When you open YouTube, Reddit or social media during focus, Anchor asks if it is truly connected to your current work.

🧠

AI work coach

Server-side AI can analyze tasks, notes, focus stats and yesterday’s unfinished work to suggest the next best action.

🌙

Smart day reviews

After your configured workday, Anchor asks what is done, what is unfinished and what should move to tomorrow.

Workflow

Built for real browser work.

1

Define work

Tell Anchor what you are working on and for how long. Maximum focus block is 90 minutes before recovery.

2

Work across tabs

Use your browser normally. Anchor tracks focus time, active pages, notes and task links locally.

3

Catch drift

If you visit a blocked domain, Anchor interrupts with a supportive question, not a generic block screen.

4

Review day

AI/local review helps mark completed work, move unfinished tasks, and plan tomorrow’s first block.

Notes on any page

A visual work surface above the web.

Sticky notes are not throwaway popups. They are saved work context: page URL, group, project, task and status.

Client Feedback

Make headline clearer. Add testimonials.

AI that sees the work signal.

Today:“You have 4 open tasks. Start with the one that has a saved client link.”
Distraction:“Is this YouTube tab a tutorial, music for focus, or a break from the task?”
Review:“You finished design polish but left testing. Move testing to tomorrow?”

Production AI architecture

Secure AI through your backend.

The OpenAI API key stays in your server `.env`. The extension sends task/note/focus context to your backend, then receives a safe, personalized coach message.
